Work with our expert instructors to set up a fitness plan, get a postural and alignment assessment as well as guidance to assess where you are.

First Steps to Forever Fit Package: $189
Includes three 1-hour private sessions and 1 group class. For those who are new to Pilates and/or the equipment or are navigating injuries/restrictions.

inBalance Experience Package: $129
Includes 3 group classes and a single 1:1 session. For those who are new to inBalance but have experience on the Pilates equipment.

VIP Start Package: 4 Private sessions
For those who like to work out on their own schedule, want a workout that is focused on their needs, or are navigating injuries or restrictions.
