Join us Saturday, September 10 from 9:30-11 AM for a Barre and Yin Workshop to gear up and set the tone for the 2016 school year. Shake your booty at the barre, get positive energy and stretch it out with some mindful movements. This is the perfect combination of classes to give you a full mind and body workout! Class includes a 50 minute inBalance Barre class with Hope, followed by a 40 minute Yin Yoga class with Amy.
