Our private training program is the best way to experience the inBalance technique, and the quickest and safest way to reach your personal goals. We recommend that every client that is new to working out begin with a private session and continue to incorporate private sessions into their program to achieve maximum results. Learn how to modify exercises for classes, recover from an injury safely, and push yourself beyond the impossible with the help of our expert trainers. We are here to help guide you, support you, and challenge you.
Private training sessions are catered to you! Typically they are 60 minutes long, but we are more than happy to schedule 30, 45, 75 or 90 minute sessions. We set your sessions to accomplish your goals, or you can choose a specific class type where you want some one on one attention such as yoga, barre, pilates, etc.
In Studio: Enjoy your sessions in our studio with a variety of fitness tools to challenge you (including Pilates reforms, cadillac, Wunda Chair, TRX, weights, balls, and more) OR choose a class type where you want some one one one attention (such as yoga, pilates, barre, etc). Our instructors cater the sessions to your specific needs and will work to challenge you to keep you motivated and inspired!
In Home: For your convenience, we are happy to send one of our instructors to you for an in home session. In order to prepare for sessions at your home, we just need to know what the space is like and what equipment you have access to so our instructors can plan accordingly.
Semi-Private: Interested in brings some of your friends along for a private class? We offer semi-private sessions for 2-5 people! Similar to a private training session, the trainer caters the session to the goals of the group. Whether you want to dance it our with an inBalance Body class, or focus on lengthening and finding your zen with a heath flow class, our instructors provide an energizing, personalized, and balanced class to meet your needs!
Private Group Classes: We have classes available for groups larger than 5! Choose to bring your group to the studio, or have us come on site to your home or workplace. We can bring the inBalance experience where you need it!
Pilates for Rehabilitation
inBalance loves providing quality Pilates training and Pilates sessions. To expand our influence as your fully-equipped Pilates authority, we are now offering Pilates for Rehabilitation. With a fully trained Physical Therapist on hand as a Pilates instructor, we are utilizing Sheri's specialty as a means of helping those who need rehab after injury, surgery, chronic pain, postural deviations, or after completing formal Physical Therapy. Sheri's training and education will help bodies to recover in order to transition them into the group class setting.
Skype Sessions. Train remotely over Skype or Facetime! Our instructor will join you at a designated time, live from the studio and run your session as if you are right there next to each other!

Dance and Dance Team Conditioning
All of the classes at inBalance lend perfectly to dancers (they were created by a dancer,after all!). With Hope’s many years as a dancer, choreographer and dance team coach,she has provided the skills and pattern of movements necessary to train and conditiondancers, and has created a qualified base of instructors that are trained to use theirclasses as a cross-training or conditioning mechanism for dancers. Hope hasexperience with working with the dance team from O’Connor HS, Reagan HS,Churchill HS, Boerne HS, as well as Heather Stolle Dance and Lone Star Collective.
