I want to create a welcoming space where students are encouraged to embrace themselves as they are, tap into their inner strength, and honor their individual progress. I remind my students that the strength they cultivate on their mat stays with them in every aspect of life. I hope my students choose to meet themselves with love and compassion, not only during their practice but also through all of life’s seasons—whether calm or challenging—embracing each moment as it comes.
For me, movement practice has been life-changing, building not only my physical strength but also my confidence, mental resilience, and sense of empowerment. I believes the most empowering thing you can do for yourself is focusing on what truly matters: your own happiness and self worth. The inner work is just as important as the outer work. My movement practice is more than just the physical, it’s self care. It’s taught me to meet myself with love and patience, even in challenging moments, and I hopes to inspire others to do the same.
