Where were you born?

Salt Lake City, Utah.

How did you get started in health and fitness?

Health and fitness have always been demonstrated to me and I was always pretty fit from playing sports growing up, but it wasn't until moving out on my own that I really had to make a decision whether or not I was going to make it part of my lifestyle. That's when I first tried Pilates. And after that first class, I knew I wanted to make it a lifestyle.

What is your favorite class to teach?

My absolute favorite class to teach is on the Reformer- more specifically, the jump board.

What do you want everyone to get out of your classes?

I want everyone to experience "flow" in my classes- the optimal experience of being fully present, connecting with your body and your breath, and building confidence through challenging yourself and accomplishing your goals.
