I want students to leave my class feeling stronger and more confident in their bodies. Long time member Angela started Pilates at inBalance struggling with balance and consistency. Over the past 3 years she comes to class 3x/week and has much better balance, a lifted booty and has lost over 17 pounds and over 20 inches.
As a dancer/dance teacher I wanted a workout that would allow me to continue to move/teach at the same level as I got older. After years of Pilates, Barre, and Interval, I am still able to leap and turn and teach without pain or injury... I can even leap higher than I could in my teens.
Aubrey Jaklich is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She began dancing in her early teens and fell in love with the flexibility and strength training that dance offers.
