Our featured cause this month was Roy Maas' Youth Alternative, Meadowland Youth Shelter, Boerne. Ashley will be hosting a 108 Sun Salutations on Friday, March 21 at 6 PM. This will be a donations only yoga class. This donation based class will be instructor led. This will be an intense class, as we will be completing all 108 sun salutations (as the name suggests). Come challenge yourself, salute the sun one breath at a time.
