Yoga is for everyone and everybody. During the class, we move mindfully, learn breathwork techniques, and focus on alignment. I hope that every member gets exactly what they need when they come to my class, so they can take tools home with them to incorporate into their daily life.

As a healthcare professional, and as I get older, I want ways to move and be active that will improve my endurance, balance, flexibility, and strength. I've had a yoga practice for 20+ years personally, but Pilates increased my range of motion and improved my balance since I joined InBalance 4 years ago.
