I want people to leave my class feeling challenged and feeling capable. I want people to focus on all the things their body does for them rather than focusing on what it looks like. I also want people to enjoy coming to class and feel the mental and emotional benefits.
I've always been very active in sports and working out but never realized all the imbalances in my body until I did Pilates training. I've improvised my posture, corrected muscle imbalances, and improved mobility in a low impact way. No other workout also helps my mind body connection and calming all the overthinking like Pilates. Plus, my core has never been stronger!
