I'm so glad that inBalance is a small studio, as I enjoy being able to tailor the workout to the individuals in my class on a particular day, as well as building a community with my regulars. I often poll students in my classes to find out what their goals are, which exercises they love (or love to hate LOL!), and props, equipment or music they find motivating so I can be try to include something for everyone!
I think Pilates is helping me age more gracefully, especially in terms of how I feel (because if I'm being real, a bikini body is not the most important thing to me anymore!!). Pilates is helping me stay strong, maintain great balance, and keep my joints happy with mobility work. And a good workout always boosts my mood!
