Students in my classes not only get to move, they also get to know their bodies. I want students to leave my class feeling more connected to themselves, confident in their movements, and motivated to come back. Long time members often comment that my classes never stop challenging them. In a good way.
Movement classes like barre, Pilates, and strength training have played a big part in feeling at ease and confident in my body. It is the best self-care practice I have.
