I hope that students leave my class feeling grounded, mobile, strong, aligned and empowered to do the things they want, need and love to do with more ease and less pain.

As a former ballet and modern dancer I had a lot of pain and dysfunction in my movement patterns. Pilates, Yoga and Massage Therapy have helped me get out of pain and learn functional movement patterns, postural strength, better breathing and self care practices to thrive.
