How did you get started in health and fitness?
In college, group fitness started out as a stress reliever and hobby for me and eventually morphed into a passion. I worked at UTSA for 5 years in student affairs and career counseling full-time before deciding to stay at home with my two kiddos. I fell "in love" with barre after finding inBalance studio in 2015 and decided to take a leap of faith by pursing fitness instruction which now gives me the flexibility to put my family first.

What do you want every person to get out of your class?
A whole lot of fun and a little bit of sweat (OK maybe a lot of sweat too).
