I love San Antonio, it will always be home as I was born and raised here! I was drawn to health and fitness during my teen years, as I had a passion for understanding how the nutrients in food, and how the chemicals produced during a work out effected my mind and body. At 21, I fell in love with group fitness doing yoga and pilates. My interest in how the mind and body function led me to earn my graduate degree in clinical psychology, yoga certification and personal training certification. Hatha is one of my favorite styles of yoga to teach as it is slow and gentle with the purpose of enhancing meditation, and promoting spiritual growth. I want those who enter my class to gain relief from stress, assistance with pain management, enhanced concentration and self love.
