Where were you born and raised?
Born in Wharton, Texas but raised in Round Rock, Texas
How did you get started in health and fitness?
I have been an athlete all my life and continued into my career as a volleyball coach. I started young with sports being "the end all be all" of life. Both of my parents were coaches, as well as, high school and college athletes like my brother and myself-we were natural born athletes.
What is your favorite class to teach?
I am new to TRX at inBalance but not new to TRX is general. Been teaching it to athletes for other 8 years as well as a product of TRX workouts throughout college.
What do you want every person to get out of your class?
A sense of accomplishment. I want them to feel pushed and exhausted but most importantly for them to have that feeling of persevering through something that is extremely taxing on your muscles.
