Where were you born and raised?

Born in San Antonio Texas and raised in Boerne.

How did you get started in health and fitness?

I have been dancing since I was three years old and have always loved being active in dance throughout high school and college. Through teaching at Heather Stolle's School of Dance I realized how vital it is to have health and fitness be apart of a dancers journey. Because of this I pursued my training with Hope at InBalance and have become a better dancer and teacher because of it.

What is your favorite class to teach?

My current favorite class to teach is our signature Rythmn & Flow class. I love that the class is constantly moving and how it fuses pilates and barre principles.

What do you want every person to get out of your class?

What do you want every person to get out of your class? I want every person to get a workout that pushes them and gives them confidence that they can do anything they set their mind to.
