I think by now most of us know that we should fuel priorly before a workout, especially when we know its going to be a tough one! As much as we need to fuel, there are things you should and shouldn’t eat before a workout.
Let’s face it: Workout attire, especially the super-comfortable, easy-to-love (and wear 24/7) yoga pants, is pretty much the best clothing category ever created. It’s evident in the fact that athleisure — the act of wearing casual and comfortable clothing designed for exercise — has become a fashion trend in its own right.
America loves fast food, and that’s not something most of us are proud of.
According to a 2013 report from the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), Americans consumed about 11.3 percent of their total calories from fast food from 2007 to 2010. That’s a lot of hamburgers, fries, and milkshakes.

So many trends and diet fads out there, it seems new trends emerge each week! Many of these can be extremely enticing, making claims of serious weight loss or outrageous results. While I can tell you that somer results are possible with these diet trends, most of them are just that: fads.
